يتم استقبال ضيوفنا حجاج بيت الله مساء يوم السابع وصباح يوم الثامن من ذي الحجة حسب الرغبة

Guests of Allah will be received on the evening of the 7th or the morning of the 8th of Dhul-Hijjah, based on your preference.

ستكون الإقامة في مشعر مزدلفة في الموقع المخصص لنا من قبل وزارة الحج والذي نقوم بتجهيزه بالفرش(الصوفابد - مخدة - شراشف ) ودورات المياه

Your stay in Muzdalifah will be at the official location designated for our company by the Ministry of Hajj. To ensure the comfort of the Guests of Allah during this blessed night, we fully furnish the site with: Quality Bedding: Comfortable sofa beds, pillows, and fresh sheets. Facilities: Clean and well-maintained bathrooms and washbasins for your convenience.

Your journey from the designated meeting points to the Grand Mosque (Al-Masjid al-Haram) and then to the Mina camp will be conducted in modern, premium air-conditioned coaches. Complimentary Refreshments: Chilled water and beverages available throughout the journey.

For a smooth and efficient experience, all transfers within the Holy Sites (Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah) will be conducted via the Al-Mashaaer Al-Mugaddassah Metro (The Holy Sites Train). This ensures you avoid traffic and arrive at each destination with ease.

الاسئلة الشائعة عن الحج

كيف أحجز باقة الحج؟

ابدأ بالتواصل معنا، وسنوجهك لخطوات الحجز المطلوبة والقنوات المعتمدة، ثم نكمل معك إجراءات الباقة والخدمات ما بعد تأكيد الحجز.​

تشمل باقة الحج في حملة المحمل (السكن، والتنقلات، والإرشاد الشرعي، والدعم الطبي والمساندة اللوجستية، وتوضيح اي تفاصيل في اي خدمة ان احتجت اليها.

نوفر سكنًا فندقيا مريحا قريبا من المشاعر المقدسة وفق تفاصيل باقة الحج، وستجد موقع/نطاق السكن مذكورا بوضوح داخل وصف الباقة.

طلبات إلغاء الحجز تتم وفق سياسة الإلغاء المعتمدة من (نسك/أبشر)، حيث يمكن الإلغاء قبل إصدار التصريح وحتى 30 /10/ 1447هـ دون حسم أي مبلغ، بينما تطبق الحسومات المقررة بعد إصدار التصريح بحسب تاريخ طلب الإلغاء، ولا تسترد المبالغ المدفوعة عند الإلغاء ابتداء من 01 /12/ 1447هـ وحتى إغلاق المنصة.

نعم، ضمن خدمات الحج لدينا وسائل نقل حديثة ومكيّفة، ويتم تنظيم التنقلات وفق خطة البرنامج وجدول الحركة المعتمد.

يتواجد مرشدون شرعيون متخصصون على مدار الساعة للإجابة على الأسئلة المتعلقة بالمناسك وتوجيه المجموعة خطوة بخطوة خلال أيام الحج.

نوفر رعاية طبية ومساندة لوجستية متكاملة ضمن البرنامج، لضمان التعامل السريع مع الاحتياجات الصحية والتنظيمية خلال الرحلة.

نعم، لدينا برامج وخدمات إضافية مخصصة لكبار السن وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، ويتم ضبطها حسب احتياج الحالة وبما يتوافق مع الإمكانيات المتاحة في الباقة.

تتضمن خدماتنا (وجبات يومية عالية الجودة) ضمن ما هو موضح في الباقة، وستظهر لك تفاصيل الوجبات وعددها في وصف البرنامج قبل الاعتماد.

يتوفر تطبيق ذكي لمتابعة مسار الرحلة وتنبيهات المناسك ضمن خدماتنا الإضافية، مع شرح طريقة الاستخدام عند بدء البرنامج.

نعم، يوجد موظفو دعم على مدار 24 ساعة للتعامل مع استفسارات الحجاج خلال الرحلة وتقديم المساندة اللازمة.

يعتمد ذلك على ترتيبات البرنامج ونوع الحجز، وتوجد إرشادات رسمية ضمن الأسئلة الشائعة للجهات المختصة توضح حالات يمكن فيها التوجه مباشرة للحرم إذا كان لدى الحاج حجز مؤكد في فندق مجاور.

بالتأكيد نعم، يتم توفير “رعاية طبية ومساندة لوجستية متكاملة”، ويمكن إضافة ما إذا كنت في حاجة لخدمات ذوي الهمم او كبار السن اومتابعة طبية ضمن البرنامج.
